Streamline the corporations entire Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process through the creation of a 3-Statement Financial Model with a 10-year view for short/long range planning to implement and lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements with executive/senior leadership.

Maintain audit readiness through coordination with the Controller on month-end activities, cost of goods sold analysis, budget vs actual analysis, inventory management and banking activities
Manage the equity position and valuation of the organization through 409a submissions, making updates to the cap table as the company attains new investors, stock options request and/or venture funding, while maintaining accurate shares outstanding and accurate stakeholders
Work closely with corporate stakeholders such as HR, Legal and third-party vendors to build relationships, implement administrative processes, streamline contract management, contract billing, compensation, and personnel training
Managed the Houston division’s ($12M+) financial position with strategic budget preparation, quarterly forecast, month-end financial statement close, capital expenditures and procurement duties for the Research and Development (R&D).
Implemented planning activities such as budget/forecast models for the Houston division to assist with strategic planning, working capital and tracking day-to-day operations
Streamlined core financial processes, including tax exemption submissions, vendor management, operational expense tracking and account reconciliation
